“Xura AI key not configured”

You haven’t added an Anthropic API key. AI Studio → LLM Configuration → API key → Set.

Flow returns “Unknown entity: X”

The planner used an entity name that doesn’t exist in your data. Fix:

1. AI Studio → Governance — confirm the correct entity names.
2. Open the flow → edit the description → tighten it to use real entity names → click Plan from description again.

The planner now reads live entity catalog when generating; hallucinations are rare but possible.

Signals shows “0 signals · updated 1 day ago” indefinitely

Fixed in recent versions — empty results are no longer cached. If you’re still seeing this:

• Hard refresh the page.
• Bump the research window to 180 days.
• Add specific preferred sources for your industry.

”Next run in Nh” on Signals

The 24h cooldown is active. Wait or bypass with a different user account.

Approval gate never appears / times out

Approval waits up to 5 minutes. If you closed the browser, the gate auto-rejects. Re-run the flow.

Save-as-Flow button missing on completion

The graph SSE event didn’t arrive. The button now saves an outline flow even without the graph — you can regenerate nodes with Plan from description in the editor.

Autosave keeps firing / editor blank

Check the browser console for React errors. Recent versions fixed an infinite-loop autosave; if you see it, hard-refresh.

HubSpot returns 429

You’ve hit HubSpot’s per-account API rate limit. Wait a minute, retry. Consider throttling frequent flows.
