The fastest way to see a Flow in action — no editor needed.

From the home page

  1. Type your question in the composer:
“Chase owners of overdue milestones and escalate anything >3 days late.”
  2. Hit enter. The composer routes to the Flows surface with an in-flight run.
  3. The run panel opens with 4 stage tabs (Gather / Analyse / Review / Act) and starts streaming.

What you see

  • Header status banner — one-liner: “Working on: <step label>”. Updates live.
  • Tab dots — the current stage pulses; completed stages get a green check.
  • Stage panel — the currently active tab’s step list with per-step spinner / check / detail.

Approval gate

If Xura reaches an approval step, the Review tab lights up amber and shows:
  • Findings — labeled key/value pairs (e.g., “Overdue milestones: 12”, “At-risk projects: 3”), with warning icons on flagged rows.
  • Proposed action — one-sentence summary of what Xura will do.
  • Approve & continue / Cancel buttons.
Nothing with side effects runs until you approve.

After completion

The Act tab renders the completed action list plus an inline card:
  • Save as Flow — primary CTA. Persists the exact steps for reuse.
  • Run Dashboard View — secondary. Reruns the prompt through the composer to get the same view.
  • Close — dismisses.
The run is auto-saved to Run History regardless of what you click.
