The one-line

Xura is where you go to ask a question about your business and get either the answer, the action, or both — without wiring dashboards or writing automation scripts.

The mental model

Most tools give you one of three things:
  • BI tools (Tableau, Looker) — dashboards, but no action.
  • Automation tools (Zapier, n8n) — actions, but you write every trigger.
  • AI assistants (ChatGPT) — answers, but they don’t know your data.
Xura is the layer above all three. You describe intent in natural language; Xura decides whether it’s a dashboard, a flow, or both, and does it.

What connects to what

  • Your data — connected via HubSpot, Gmail, uploaded CSVs, or MCP servers.
  • Your tools — Jira, Asana, Notion, Linear, Monday, and MCP integrations.
  • Xura AI — the reasoning layer that plans + executes.
  • Your surfaces — dashboards, flows, priorities, signals, tasks.

What Xura is not

  • Not a replacement for your BI tool if you want pixel-perfect dashboards.
  • Not a full RPA platform — action nodes call APIs, they don’t drive browsers.
  • Not a data warehouse. Xura queries live; it doesn’t store bulk copies.
