Connecting your data - Xura

Xura reads data — it doesn’t store bulk copies. Every query hits your source live.

Option 1: HubSpot

One-click OAuth. Best for teams with sales / marketing data already in HubSpot. AI Studio → Integrations → HubSpot → Connect. Xura reads standard objects: deals, contacts, companies, tickets, and their properties. See HubSpot integration.

Option 2: Upload files (CSV / Excel)

AI Studio → Data Sources → Upload. Drop a CSV or .xlsx file. Xura:

Parses columns, infers types.
Auto-classifies each column (Email Address, Deal Stage, Currency Amount, etc.) using an LLM pass.
Indexes for query.
Prompts you to review classifications in the Governance tab.

Best for teams whose data lives in spreadsheets or exports.

Option 3: MCP servers

AI Studio → MCPs → Add server. Point Xura at any Model Context Protocol server URL. Xura discovers the tools + resources it exposes and treats them as first-class citizens in Flows. Best for teams with custom data platforms.

What happens after connection

The data appears in AI Studio → Data Sources with row count and indexing status.
Governance flags columns needing human input (ambiguous meanings, unclassified).
Xura can now answer questions about that data from the home composer.
