Why refine vs regenerate
- Refine — one block, ~1s, minimal tokens.
- Regenerate — whole dashboard, ~10s, full token spend.
What refine can’t do
- Change the underlying query (e.g., add a new filter). For that, edit the source query and regenerate.
- Add a completely new block. Ask a follow-up question in the composer instead.
