# FAQ

## Does Xura store my data?

No bulk copies. Uploaded files sit encrypted on the server so queries can hit them. HubSpot / MCP data is never stored — queried live every time. Query results live only for the duration of a Flow run.

## Who sees my API key?

Only your workspace's server. Encrypted at rest, decrypted only for the duration of an LLM call. Never logged, never shared.

## Can multiple users share flows?

Not yet — Flows are per-user currently. Workspace-shared Flows are on the roadmap.

## Can I self-host Xura?

Not currently. Xura is a hosted product. If you have a specific compliance need, contact `sales@xuralabs.com`.

## Which model powers Xura?

Claude (Anthropic). Model choice is yours — Sonnet is default; Opus + Haiku are options. See [Models](/reference/models).

## Does Xura work offline?

No. Every query, plan, and Flow run hits Anthropic's API. Offline mode is not planned.

## What's a "Flow" vs a "Workflow"?

Same thing. Xura standardised on "Flow" — older UI still says "Workflow" in a few places; we're converging.

## Can I export my data?

Yes — every artefact (view, flow, run) can be exported as JSON. Settings → Data controls (admins only for workspace-level export).

## GDPR / SOC 2?

SOC 2 Type I certified. GDPR-compliant. Data processing addendum available on request.
