# WhatsApp

> Trigger flows and receive briefings via WhatsApp Cloud API.

Xura can be reached via WhatsApp for on-the-go briefings and quick actions.

## Setting up

**Settings → WhatsApp**. Provides:

* Your Xura WhatsApp number (set up during workspace provisioning).
* **Link a phone** — enter your phone, receive an OTP, verify.

Once linked, sending a message to Xura's number is authenticated as you.

## What you can do

* **Ask a question** — replies with a formatted answer.
* **Trigger a saved Flow** — reply with the flow name.
* **Get your morning brief** — subscribe to the daily brief.
* **Approve/cancel a Flow gate** — reply YES / NO to gate notifications.

## Media

Xura can send:

* Formatted text.
* Short PDFs (research digests, decks).
* Deep links back to the web app.

## Privacy

Messages are processed by Xura's WhatsApp handler and cleared from memory after replies. Not stored beyond the activity log.
