# Saving & sharing views

> Persist a dashboard for later, share it with your team.

## Saving

Every completed dashboard has **Save view** in the top-right. Click → prompted for a name → saved to your Files (Artefacts) tab.

## Files tab

**Files** shows every saved view, workflow run, research doc, and slide deck. Filter by kind.

## Sharing

Views can be shared via link. Recipients see a read-only version — no data mutation, no edit access.

## Auto-refresh

Saved views don't auto-refresh. Open one → click **Regenerate** to re-query.

## Removal

Delete from the Files tab card menu. Removes from your saved-views list; doesn't affect anyone you've shared the link with retroactively.
